Terms of Service

1. Service description
TradeAhead (a trading name of Jumpmade) provides automated lead response, follow-up, and CRM systems for UK tradespeople. We build, configure, and manage these systems on your behalf.
2. Payment terms
- A one-time setup fee is payable before work begins.
- Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month, starting from the day your system goes live.
- All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Payments are collected via Stripe.
3. Minimum term
The minimum commitment is 3 months from the date your system goes live. After the minimum term, the service continues on a rolling month-to-month basis. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
4. Money-back guarantee
Solo Tradespeople plan: If the system does not generate enough additional revenue to cover the monthly fee within 60 days of going live, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
Growing Businesses plan: The same guarantee applies with a 90-day evaluation period.
To claim a refund, contact us within 7 days of the guarantee period ending. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
5. What you keep
If you cancel at any point, you keep full access to the CRM account, automations, and any data within it. We do not delete or restrict access to your system upon cancellation.
6. Our responsibilities
- Build and configure your system within the agreed timeframe (typically same day).
- Maintain and monitor the system during your subscription.
- Provide support as described in your plan.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding.
- Respond to leads forwarded by the system in a timely manner.
- Pay fees on time.
8. Limitation of liability
TradeAhead provides tools to improve lead response and follow-up. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the money-back guarantee described above. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days in advance.
